Booking/Inquiries
We recommend scheduling a call with us to discuss how we operate and address any questions you may have. To secure your date, a $250 non-refundable deposit (up to 72 hours before your event) is required for all bar rentals. A credit card must also be kept on file for any potential damages. Pricing and availability are confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and the deposit is received. Please note, pricing is subject to change without notice if you did not put down a deposit, and estimates do not guarantee price or availability. The remaining balance is due 72hrs prior to your event, with flexible payment options available for advance bookings.
Bar Planning Services
We create a completely custom bar experience, providing all the tools and setups tailored to the unique needs of your event. No generic service here-every detail is designed to offer a luxurious, personalized experience just for you. From the moment you book to the day of your event, we're with you every step of the way, offering guidance and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Think of us as your dedicated partners, working closely with our team to bring your vision to life. Receive a detailed signature cocktail list and shopping guide- ensuring you're set up for success. Delivery/set up & take down
We will deliver and set up our mobile bar at least one hour before your scheduled event time, as indicated in your rental invoice, along with any additional items rented. The setup area must be clear of debris, glass, and obstructions, with a flat surface to ensure safe and efficient placement. There must be ample space for maneuvering our vehicle and trailers, and the location must be accessible by truck for unloading. If time permits, additional hours can be purchased before the take-down process begins.
